Our Leasing Process

Before you begin, please review how our leasing process works:

1. Qualify & Schedule
Complete this short pre-application. If you meet the preliminary rental requirements, you’ll be asked to verify your identity and schedule a self-guided property tour.

2. Tour the Property
Before receiving property access, we’ll verify a credit card to secure the self-guided tour. The card is not charged unless there is damage to the property during your visit.

3. Apply & Move In
If you view the property and would like to move forward, you’ll be invited to complete the rental application. The remaining steps include applicant screening, payment of the holding deposit if approved, lease signing, and move-in.

About Our Qualification Criteria

We want to be transparent about our qualification criteria before you invest more time in the process.

For our market-rate rentals, adult applicants are generally required to have a credit score of 620 or higher, along with meeting our income, rental history, and other qualification requirements.

Based on the information you’ve provided, there may be one or more items that require additional review. Credit is only one part of our screening process, so we encourage you not to make assumptions about whether you will qualify based on any single factor.
