How to Pay Rent

At Ramona Property Managers, Inc., we make it easy and convenient for you to pay rent on time. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about accessing your rent payment portal, due dates, accepted payment methods, and applicable fees.

You can pay your rent online through our secure Tenant Portal.

  • View your balance
  • Make a one-time payment
  • Set up automatic recurring payments
  • Download payment history

📅 Rent Due Dates

According to your rental agreement:

  • Rent is due on the 1st day of each month.
  • Late fees begin accruing after the 5th day at 11:59 PM.
Refer to your lease for any community-specific grace periods or exceptions.

🏦 ACH / Bank Transfer Free via Tenant Portal
💼 In-Person Payments Check or money order only; no cash accepted

⚠️ Late Fees & Returned Payments

  • Late Fee: $75 flat fee (after the 3rd day of the month)
  • Returned Check Fee: $25 for the first instance, $35 thereafter

To avoid these charges, we recommend setting up AutoPay in your portal.
