We are offering tenants the option to report on-time rent payments to Experian through Appfolio’s FolioScreen service. This may help you build a positive credit history.

Participation is optional. If you choose to opt in, a $10 monthly fee will be added to your rent. You may opt in or out at any time by submitting a written request. Once you opt out, you must wait six months before opting in again.

Rent Reporting Option

As a resident, you have the option to participate in rent reporting. If you choose to opt in, your on-time rent payments will be reported to Experian through Appfolio’s FolioScreen service. This may help you build a credit history based on consistent rent payments.

There is a $10.00 monthly fee for this service, which will be added to your rent. Participation is voluntary. You may opt in or out at any time by submitting a written request to management.

If you opt out, your payments will no longer be reported, but past reporting will remain on your credit record.

Once you opt out, you must wait six months before opting in again.
