Proof of U.S. Citizenship or Legal Residency (Required)

To be considered for affordable housing, each household member must provide proof of U.S. citizenship or eligible legal residency. We accept copies only (please do not send originals).

What documents can I use?

We accept reliable third-party documentation that clearly shows identity and citizenship or eligible immigration status. Examples include:

  • U.S. passport
  • Social Security card
  • Permanent Resident Card (“Green Card”)
  • Valid state-issued ID or driver’s license (when used with other acceptable proof, as needed)
  • Other official documents issued by a government agency that confirm eligible status
